Before finding a curriculum platform to create, organize and store all of their units, Teachers and Staff at Sycamore School were writing their own curriculum and storing in binders. They found that there wasn’t a lot of guidance or consistency with their current practices and needed to find a framework that fit in with what they were already doing.  Glenna Lykens, Head of Lower School at Sycamore discusses why they chose UbD, and how well it helped them create cohesiveness, differentiation, and enrichment with their staff and students.
